Form programming in FrontPage 2003

Hi guys,

I am currently trying to develop my own website. It incorporates a form that
accepts info from the visitors.
I do not know how to program it in such a way that my customer could verify
the information BEFORE data is stored to a database. All books that I have
managed to check so far are explaining how to use confirmation fields. But in
this case information is ALREADY stored to database.
If somebody could please explain how to achieve this. Since I am a new to
Web programming, could you please show a whole code, not just a pieces.
