form properties

Does anyone knows how to put back the little squeare in the upper left corner
of the form, where i right click and takes you to the form properties? i had
it and i lost it.

It is not lost. You just focused on something other that the form itself.
One way is just to close form and open in design view again, then select
properties from the icon bar.

Another is to open in design view and drag the scroll bars untill there is
an area outside of the form (not showing design grid) and click there before
doing a right click and selecting Properties.
