Form Question

I have a form that has two tabs on it. I pasted an arrow from word into the
form which I want to show on only the first tab. However, the arrow shows up
on both the tabs. Is there a way to draw an arrow in Access, I know you can
draw a line but can you make it an arrow. How would I get the arrow to show
up only on the tab I want it to be on. I am using Access 2003.

I forgot to mention that the Caption of each button should be just the letter
you want to filter on.
