form reformatted after installation

After installing Word 2003 one of my release forms got the formatting changed and I've tried changing everything in Tools and everything else but nothing will bring it back to where it was before. It's the type of formatting change you would see if you were to use a printer that was set up completely different than all other printers.

You may have no recourse but to revise the form, but (if you haven't
already) try monkeying with the Compatibility settings (Tools | Options |
Compatibility) to see if there are any that affect the formatting changes.
What sorts of changes are you seeing?
