Form/Report desing ALIGN options text wrong

Here is a strange problem in Access 2013. I went to edit a form and align some controls, and found that somehow the help text for the Align Left, Right, Top, etc. was wrong. The icons are correct and it functions OK when used but the text is wrong.

I had not tried to do any Ribbon customization before seeing this. I have tried it in a brand new database, rebooted workstation, even tried the RESET in the Options for ribbons, yet the text is still wrong.

I have a screen shot of this. But the forum won't let me set it here. But its at my ApplicationsPlus.com web site in the path below.
