form results e-mail shows only form field name and ************

I'm using Frontpage 2000, hosted by earthlink.

On this comment form:

I'm getting the e-mail results back, but it sends only this:

It doesn't inlude the information that the user types in the fields.

OK, I figured it out - the form name was entered wrong in the form properties
section.
