form results error

I get the follwing error after submitting a form.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the
error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the
error.

Do you have the proper permissions set
on the folder/file the form is trying to write
the results too??
On an Apache / UNIX the folder should
be 755 and the file should be 644

Then you need to review the server error log as indicated in the message.
