form results in email

i have page with a form that has 313 leaflet titles for
people to choose from, it is all working fine and i think
the email from the form is easy enough to read but it
shows every item in the form and you have to scroll
through the email to see whats been ordered

what i would like to happen is have just the titles a
person selects to be sent via email and not recieve an
email with all 300+ items on it

Not possible when using the FP Form Handler, requires using a server-side script to process the form
data and only send the completed items.
