With the sketchy information you have provided, I am not
sure I can be of much help but let me educate you a bit
on Front Page forms.
Front Page forms must be hosted on a server that is
running the Front Page Extensions as the extensions
process the form data and make it all happen.
To test those forms, they must be on a live web (ie, over
the Internet) or on your PC if you are running server
software (available with XP Pro but not XP).
The server side must be set up with, as I have stated,
the Front Page Extensions. The host must also set it up
so that the transport of data and emails is active.
If the above does not help you in solving your problem,
state the steps you are taking in your attempt to get
your forms and confirmation page to work.
