Form Results to both eMail and Db

Hi

I have a site that requires visitors to fill out a form, this is then
submitted to a SQL Server db. One of the fileds requires that the visitor
select a name from a drop down list in order that they are alerted of the
new record being created in the db.

How do I do the following?

1) Send results to both the db and e-mail recipient at the same time?

2) Capture the name selected by the visitor on the form and use this within
the e-mail address?

Any help much appreciated!!

Also try to search MS KB with the following title

How to Send Form Results to a Database and an E-mail Address.

I forgot the link to the paper but I just found it out a few days ago for
the same problem.

Please noted, in my case, CDONTS does not work and might need to change to
CDOSYS.

This is the link that I just found out and also for your reference:

Good luck
