Form results to email address

I have just read

And this does not seem to deal with the problem I have. I am using Win
Xp and front page 2002 I would like to send the complete filled in
form from the site to a specified email address, and also a copy to a
named folder (this bit works) I cannot make the email bit work. Any
help or pointers would be gratefully appreciated..

what I needed in the end..........so its true Google is your friend.
