Form Results

I created a form in FrontPage 2002. After uploading, the form was filled out and the Submit button was clicked. A confirmation page appeared. However, when the results were received back via e-mail, the only information returned was: "Submit: Submit" - none of the questions showed answers.

Then the user will have to submit each answer 1 at a time. Is this really
want you want a user to have to do?

Also each form must have a unique name.

I solved my own problem. I made each question a form rather than creating
the form and inserting the questions individually.
