I have frontpage 2003 and the email results from my forms are now not coming
in when a person uses a browser that is not internet explorer. How do I fix
this?

Need tio see a page with this fault. Without seeing it, my guess is VML
text box containing the form elements, the text box will render as an image
in non-IE browsers and be impossible to fill in.

Anyone who uses the form is a fool. Credit Card details must NEVER be sent
over email, unless the email is encrypted - FrontPage extensions are useless
for this type of transaction because they cannot encrypt email. I strongly
suggest that payments are processed by PayPal, Google or some other third
party with appropriate Merchant Bank approval. If your bankers discover the
form your approval for accepting credit cards will be withdrawn. There is
absolutely NO security for the credit card information after processing
(unencrypted email is not secure enough for credit cards), and unless you
have the extensions installed on Port 443 and link to the page with an
absolute https:// url, there is no encryption between client and browser.

As for the form, whilst VML is in play, the reason why it won't submit for
non-ie browsers is because the submit button is wrapped in a hyperlink.
Firefox will fire the link and get the thanks page, but not submit the form.
Remove the hyperlink, the confirmation page is already defined in the Form
Properties.

And remove/replace the VML so FireFox users can see the same images as IE
users. You should also remove all the Word bloat such as
class="MsoBodyText" which is not defined anywhere.
