The email you receive from a form will always have a server related email address, and will not show
the email address of the person who submitted the form.
If you add a form field for the person to enter their email, and then set that form field to be the
"reply to" address in form properties, when you click reply to reply to the email, the senders
address will show in the To: bar in Outlook Express.
