Form Scrolling

Is there a way when you use your wheel on your mouse when you are on a form
that it doesn't scroll through the records but scrolls on the actual form?

I don't know about previous versions but 2007 allows you to scroll the
length of the form versus records. I love it and was always frustrated that
it would do that. Would even scrunch my fields together as close as possible
to keep from having long forms.

Hope the best until you can get a copy of version 2007.
