Form submission problem

Hello everyone,
I could use some help with a form created in FrontPage. It is set up so
the submission is sent to an e-mail address on the same company server that
the site resides on. Microsoft FrontPage extentions 2001 are installed on
the server yet when the from is filled out and the submission button is hit
the following error message is displayed:

FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web
server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish
this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page

Does smething related to the extensions have to reside in the site folder or
something? Can anyone give me an explantion for why this may be occurring
and what measures to take to correct the submission problem?

Thanks very much in advance. You folks are always very helpful.

The form must have been created in FP on the server or published to the server via FP's http mode
and the FP extensions must be configured to process email.
