I have multiple FEs that have kick-out code that I use to update common BE
tables. However, I have found that when I start the kick-out process (which
takes 10 minutes max), machines that have been locked by their owners are not
completing the process - hey are NOT closing (thus not freeing the lock
file). Is this something fixable?
