Form with password

I want protect a form with password, somebody can tell how i can make this
in ADP file.

you can use Form's Open event to show an inputbox with prompt, then check
for password user enters, if not match - then cancel event. or better to
build a special form for password entry, and open it in dialog mode instead
of inputbox
