Form won't center, please help

Hey All,

I think this is a new one. My form won't center. It's set for pop-up, auto
resize - yes (or no makes no difference), border - thin, form width -
10.2917", detal is 6", no header or footer. I have tried creating a new
form, same thing happens, any ideas?
