Form wont e-mail data

The form collects the data correctly and it places it in
_private folder correctly and I can retrieve, but I have
the form setup to e-mail results, only it does not any
ideas. When I set the form properties I get an error
message about e-mail, what gives.

Are you testing this on the remote server that will be hosting the site, if
so then the host need to configure the extensions to process email.
