Form won't Populate with Records

My form stopped functioning and will not populate with records from the
attached table. If I go to the Form properties and re-select the record
source the records appear in the form. Could this be a corruption issue?

There are alot of funny things happen in access until you compact it, try to
compact and repair the mdb and see what happen.
