[Sum problem]

I am in the process of creating a form and have a simple question. I have
created a fill in text field and would to automatically use the contents of
that field, once filled in, and have it automotically incorporated into other
parts of the form / document. How do I do this? Thanks, Dave.

I still can not make this work, I believe I did what the instuctions say, and
nothing populates?
