Sammie

How do I format a date inside an expression:

="Serial no. " & [serialno] & Chr$(13) & Chr$(10) & "Expiration Date " &
[ExpDate]

I would like to format the date field [expdate] as a medium date.

Thanks
Sammie

Hi Sammie,

Use the format function like this:

format([ExpDate], "dd-mmm-yyyy")

Hope that helps.

Damian.

Try
="Serial no. " & [serialno] & Chr$(13) & Chr$(10) & "Expiration Date " &
Format( [ExpDate],"medium date")
