Format as Table

Is it possible to autoprotect certain cells after a vaule has been entered so
it cannot be modified.
The cells to be protected after data is entered are:
C2:E2 (merged)
I2
L2
N2
B4

Also, the Format as Table feature does not work in excel once Protect Sheet
& Protect and Share Workbook features with tracking are turned on(password
protected). Is there a way around this?

Any help will be much appreciated.
