format cell window

When I bring up the window for format cells, it has the tabs stacked in two
rows and the bottom row is unreadable. You can see just the tops of the
tabs. How can I reconfigure the windows size or get the tabs to stay on one
row?

One of your Windows display settings may be causing the problem. You
could try adjusting them

From the Start menu on the Windows taskbar, choose Control Panel.
Open the Display options, and select the Settings tab
Click the Advanced button, and select a smaller DPI size.
