Format cells in pivot table

Is it possible to set a default cell format in a pivot table that works even
when you update the pivottable and get more rows?

(e.g. wrap text)

Thanks for the answer.
My problem now is that the row height does not change automatically when I
have wrapped the text in cells. How do I solve this?
