Format (center) an axis label for a chart/Microsoft graph

I am having trouble fitting in the x-axis labels and then having them
centered. I can't find anything to help me fix this. Also, is there a way
to do a second set of x-axis labels underneath the first? Thanks.

The graphing engine doesn't give you good control over the axis labels. The
best bet is to create them in textboxes so you have the control you need.
Same for the second set of labels.

I agree with Echo, sometimes you're better off just creating your own text
boxes. If you absolutely want to leave the axis titles in your datasheet,
you can use spaces to push the text in the cell over to make it look more
centered. And for the second line, you can enter enough spaces after the
first line to push it down to the second line. (I really don't like using
charts & graphs in powerpoint).

Another options -- if you create your charts in Excel, using Alt+Enter will
create a line break in the text. That might be enough to get you by....
