Format Corruption - Indenting

Has anyone had the experience where may of their projects
have had tasks indented without user intervention? This
is the second month for us where at least 75% of our
projects, when opened for routine updates have tasks that
have been indented, that have to be manually outdented
each time. Very peculiar.

Thanks for the pointer; unfortunately the article only
relates to Project 2003; we've got 2002. How do I
register an issue for a potential hotfix with Microsoft?

I've never hear of or seen this behavior. I'd suspect user error somewhere
as we surely would have heard this from others before now if it were bug
related. Have you implemented SP1 for Project and Project Server yet?

Most of the projects were affected, on the same or similar
task codes; on most projects; so it doesn't look like a
user error; also since I know most of the users haven't
started working on their projects yet.

I've been told that SP1 was installed; is there a way to
confirm?
