seems that a couple of your issues can be solved via Excel - this
capitalization issue plus the mix of home and business addresses that ruin
your mail merges. in Excel, you could easily sort and move one address type
to the other address type just for the merge.

My problem in the excel address feild1 - i have example ....
"
87 BARTON LANENAILSTONE" the NAILSTONE part of the address needs to go
into address feild2 . The only way I can see how to do this is to manually
edit them all and move them over? I have 7000 to do!
I dont understan either how to change them all to lowercase? Thanks
