... but I can't find the F1 key...
Open your table/form in design view.
Select the field/control that you want to format.
If it's a form, select the control (textbox probably) that you want to apply
the format to.
Click on the Data tab.
Select INPUT MASK.
Run the wizard and create a new mask. Should look like this:
If you get to the form control and find the Input Mask property and select it,
and then hit F1, the help file will tell you everything you need to know...
Took less time to read the help and try it than it did to write this note.
