Format Layout

Pre-office2003, I hit alt+o,l to open the Slide Layout menu. I then use the
arrow keys to search the layout I want and hit enter to reapply the style to
the current slide. To clear the menu, I hit Esc. I didn't need the mouse at
all.

With office2003, is there a way to use keyboard to do all of the above? I
know the "Apply Style" to current slide still works by using arrow keys and
pressing Enter. But this doesn't seem to work if I've modified the layout: I
can still use arrow key to select the layout but pressing Enter doesn't do
anything. I have to click on drop-down arrow and select "Reapply layout".

Hi Melissa,

To reapply the style, press the menu key - it is probably next to your
right-hand control key, and looks like a little menu with a mouse
arrow pointing at it. This will drop-down the context menu. Use the
cursor keys to select Reapply Layout, and press Enter.

To close (or open) the task pane, press Ctrl+F1.
