Format Macro Button

I added a Macro to the Menu Bar and it adds a name preceding the title of the
macro.

Currently it reads Project.NewMacros.GO_TO_TABLE_OF_CONTENTS

I do not want the words "Project.NewMacros." to display.
Is there a way to edit the text and change the look of the button?

While you are in tool bar editing mode, right click any button on any tool
bar to modify its look, text, icon, etc...
