Format of WORD doc is changed due to reinstalling windows, HELP!

Hello Every1
I am facing a severe problem regarding a very important WORD doc of mine,
the version is MS WORD 2000. while reinstalling windows XP i lost the actual
format of my doc, its small boxes n sum different language rather easy
English. If u can e of any help then plz contact me at (e-mail address removed)
