Format problem

I cannot view on screen cell formats I've made (like
colored shading, patterns, or fonts). I know how to
format a cell and my print-outs show the formats I've
made. Please help!

Hi

It might be worth checking Control Panel / Acessibility Options / Display
tab High contrast. is not selected. I have heard of this causing your
problem in the past.

Thank you. By de-selecting high contract, I am now able
to see my formats. I only wish I didn't waste 4 stubborn
hours yesterday trying to figure it out.
