Format problems when sending Word texts by EMail

Hello,

We are using Outlook 2002 SP3 with Word 2002 SP3
Our settings are to NOT using Word as EMail Editor

We produce some texts articles with Word.
When the article is finish, the author try to send it to colleagues.
To do this, we use 2 different method and face 2 different problems
* Using "Send to EMail Recipient" in Word
We receive the message well formatted but without pictures
* Using Copy-paste of the article into an Outlook Message
We loose some text formats but we do get pictures

Our General setting is (Tools - Options - Mail Format)
- Compose message in Rich Text Format
- In Internet Format - HTML Options we have option "Send a copy of pictures"
selected AND we convert Outlook rich text messages to HTML format

Any ideas how to solve this
