Hi,

I would like to print recipe cards from my Access database. Because of a lack
of space on a 3"x5" or 4"x6" card, I would like to know how to format the
report. I have my list of ingredients. Is there a way to make this portion of
the report print in 2 columns instead of just a single column?

Thank you

While the report is open in Design view, select File | Page Setup from the
menu, and look on the Columns tab.

Make a sub report with the list of materials and a primary key that is
identical to one of the unique fields in the main report. Join the two fields.
Format the sub report for two columns.
Format the main report for one column.
Place the sub report in the detail section of the main report.

Just a wizard prodder
