Format results of a calculation in a query?

I have completed a calculation in a query and just need to know how this can
be formatted to currency to be able to use in a merged document in Word?

Hi Deseree,

=CCur(YourPresentCalculation)

For example:

LineItemTotal: CCur (([Order Details!UnitPrice])*[Quantity]*(1-[Discount]))

You can also use the Format function if you want, but I think using the type
conversion function CCur is easier.
