I want to center a label in the report header. How can you do this without
guessing or counting grid points? Thanks in advance.

Size the report to the full width wanted, less the left and right
margins.
Add your label. Place it at the left edge of the report and make it as
wide as the report.
Set it's alignment to Centered.
