format to access

Is there a way to format email or other objects to access. If so how would I
do it.

The default email service using outlook is limited. Try using a SMTP relay
as you can manipulate the use of HTML much easier. www.ostrosoft.com has a
nice program. You can also use Blat or a CDO application to do this as well.
