I am new to PPT2003 and need to do a short presentation showing how consumers
in a certain area code compares with others overall. I am to have in-depth
speaker notes that display graph and analysis. Do you have any suggestions
on how to put all this on PPT2003. I did my first preentation last week, but
lacked on the skills to do the extended speaker notes. Any help would be
appreciated. hv9

I'm wondering if PowerPoint is really the right tool for this. Edward
Tufte (world-renowned expert on design who hates PowerPoint) gets a lot
of flack in this group, but this sounds like exactly the kind of data-
intensive presentation that he claims PowerPoint ruins. If you have
detailed data tables and graphs, perhaps those should be the stars of
your presentation, and they might be hard to display in PowerPoint. You
