Formating (Aliasing) Text

How Do I:

Make a text field into which I type anything and it will
appear in another designated field elsewhere (Like an
auto-copy/update alias)

Make a field which updates the todays date in the format
I choose automatically from when the word doc opens

Make a (from handwritten) signature appear at the end of
each doc (Signoff) for each employee

Anyone know?
