I am having a formating problem with Word 2002 that I just can't
figure out and would appreciate any suggestions. I have a 50 page
document with page numbers and a lot of graphics (jpg format). The
document was formated exactly as I wanted it, so I saved the file and
printed it. It printed out correctly - all the pictures were in
exactly the right place. I even saved a backup copy of the file. I
made NO changes - I just saved and printed and everything looked
great.
When I open the file again on the same computer, same printer, same
everything - the formating has changed. Some of the pictures have
randomly moved down on a page, or to to next page or out into the
margins. Even some of the text has shifted so what was on one page
before has move up or down or to different page.
This document printed perfectly. I don't understand how just saving
the document could have messed up the formating. Is this a bug in the
program, or something I'm doing wrong? I have spent hours on this and
its driving me crazy. HELP PLEASE!
