Hi All,
I have a linked excel spreadsheet in a subformcontrol in my database to
input data. (The data is sent to head office as an excel sheet so it
would easier to maintain the Excel spreadsheet and just update it
through an Access subform.
When I input data, OK, it shows up when I open the Excel spreadsheet in
Excel. The problem is that the numbers fields have a green triangle
showing that the data is showing as text.
This is not on all of the number fields, just some of them!
I can't select the format option in access, it's blank. I don't know
what to do as I need to make calculations based on those columns.
How can I force the format to number?
Any ideas greatly appreciated,
Jeff C
