Formating Dates in ALL CAPS

Is there a way in customize section of formating to
indicate that the Day of the Week and Month should be in
All Caps?

Simplest way I can think of is to use a font that comes out all in capitals.
I have a font called Stencil, but I must admit it looks awful in small
sizes.
