Formating information for use on mail out postcards

I need to find out how to send out member reminders using postcards. On one
side will be the information and date of the meeting, and on the other side,
I need to print The member's mailing information as well as the return
address. I am brand new to using Microsoft Office and Word.

Well, on one side, you put the information and the date of the meeting. And
gee, on the other side you put the mailing address as well as the return
address.

Have you read Help on mailmerge? Or indeed on anything?

Assuming you're using sheets of postcards (such as Avery ones that come four
to a sheet), set up a "Full page of the same label" for the side that will
have the meeting date and information. For the address side, use a
label-type mail merge. There is information on mail merges in Word's Help
and at the Office Assistance Web site, as well as in numerous online
