formatnumbers --> error in Acces 2000 9.0.4402 SR-1

Hello

I have made an DB in acces 2003, simple report with a simple DB.

I want to use this now in 2000. This is no problem at the most PC's, but the
PC it have to work on, it doesnt.

In the report I have used Formatnumber(...,2).
I want to start the report and there is a popupbox with

formatnumber txtbox
--------------------------

How can i fix this.
Security? VB-function??

It is very urgent.
