Formats for Telephone Nos

I have a form with a input mask, the format in the input
mask is !\(000")"000\-0000;0;_. I also have the format
in the table set to the same. Unfortunately, it will not
allow staff to enter an Area Code. Is someone able to
tell me what is wrong with the formatting and/or how it
should be changed to allow for entry of any area code and
telephone no.

I believe you need to change it to this:

!\(000\)000\-0000;0;_
