Formatted plaintext converted to HTML inEntourage access of Exchange

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Hi, Does anyone know if there's a way to keep plaintext messages in plaintext (fixed width) when accessing Exchange messages using Entourage? I can override the behavior in the Apple Mail client but then lose the advantages of Entourage.

Entourage does not change plain text messages with regard to what type
of server you're using. Can you explain what's happening? Are you sure
you're receiving a plain text message?

Unfortunately, the embedded HTML from the Entourage client didn't convert well into the reply window.
In any case, the description of the behavior of Entourage is correct. So is there a fix or a workaround for the improper rendering?
