Formatting a bulleted list

In InfoPath 2003 I have selected a bulleted list but I can't figure out how
to format the list so that there is some space between each typed, bulleted
item. I also want to provide some instructions for users of this form to
help thenm in completingthe information for the bulleted list but can't
figure that out either. The placeholder function that is in a text box isn't
available in a bulleted list box.

Can anyone help me, please?

Hello,

We don’t have option to reduce the space between typed text and bulleted.
This is by design in InfoPath form.

We don’t have placeholder option for bulleted list and If you want to show
any instructin then you can use tooltip for this control. Whenever your
cursor is moves to bulleted list control then it will show the tooltip.
Otherwise you have to give the instructions in expression box surrounding
control.
