Formatting a column for decimal alignment

In WordPerfect, even after a table is created, you can
point to a column of numbers and change the formatting to
decimal alignment. In Word 2000, it looks like I have to
add a decimal tab, then go into every cell to tab the
entry. There must be a faster way (I have over 100
tables, each with 150+ entries). Help?

Not true at all. Select the column, add a decimal tab stop (from the ruler
or the Tabs dialog), and the entries will snap to the tab stop (provided
they are left-aligned to begin with). No tab characters needed.

You will not reach the Office development team by posting here. Most people
do not have any problem printing vertical text. Have you tried using a
different printer/printer driver?
